Relevant data is processed by AI assistants, primarily through OpenAI with account-level model training disabled. Summaries may be delivered through configured messaging services, including iMessage. Processing is not exclusively local.
Data and summaries may remain in assistant history, memory, notes, messages, and backups until removed. There is no fixed automatic deletion period. AI providers apply their own retention rules; disabling training does not mean zero retention.
Google data is not sold or used for advertising or general-purpose model training. Its use and transfer must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Revoke Google access to stop future access. This does not delete existing copies. For deletion or other questions, contact agents.knossos@gmail.com.
